AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Zaric Health Advocacy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://www.zarichealth.com ("Website").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Zaric Health Advocacy, LLC is a private health advocacy practice that provides healthcare administration management services to families navigating complex medical care. The services we offer ("Services") include medical bill review, insurance claims and appeals management, prior authorization tracking, care coordination across providers, and medical records management.
The Website provides information about our Services and allows prospective clients to express interest in engaging us through a waitlist form. Our Services are delivered remotely under a separate written Client Services Agreement provided during onboarding. These Terms govern use of the Website only; the terms of engagement for Services are governed by the Client Services Agreement.
NOT MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR INSURANCE ADVICE
Zaric Health Advocacy, LLC is not a medical provider, law firm, or insurance company. We do not provide medical advice, legal advice, or insurance advice through the Website or through our Services. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a written Client Services Agreement and payment of fees as required therein.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zaric Health Advocacy, LLC concerning your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the Website. The terms of any Services we provide are governed by a separate written Client Services Agreement.
